The "Cogito" Journal of "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University, Bucharest, is a journal of scientific pluridisciplinary research which includes the following domains: philosophy, political sciences, economic sciences, judicial sciences, foreign languages, history of ideas.

The issue of the journal, suggestively entitled "Cogito" is an exceptional editorial event, which proves the special interest for scientific and philosophic research activity in our academic community. This matter drew the participation, with studies and articles, to establishing the first issue of certain distinguished academicians, Ph.D.Professors Alexandru Boboc (University of Bucharest), Teodor Dima ("Al. I.Cuza" university, Iasi) as well as remarkable professors, from our university and other high education institutions from Bucharest, Iasi and foreign countries. By thematic, the studies and articles address to not only specialists, though a wider public interested in the development of contemporary ideas. "Cogito" Journal appears four times a year, the first issue appearing in 16th of July 2009 with the support of PROUniversitaria Publishing House, Bucharest.

Every author is responsible for the originality of the article and that the text was not published previously

"Cogito" publication (Bucharest, English ed, Online)", ISSN 2247- 9384 ISSN -L 2068-6706 has been registered in the ROAD: the international catalogue of the open-access scientific publications (https://road.issn.org), administered by the ISSN International Centre under the UNESCO authority.

The Cogito journal is Open Access. It doesn’t charge any submission or processing fees. The review process is double blind peer-review. The copyrights are retained by the Journal and materials should be used under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 Licence (Attribution-NonCommercial- NoDerivatives 4.0 International)
